Disability Employment Services (DES)

People can register with a Disability Employment Services provider, if they are currently working or looking for work and require hearing assistance.  Hearing services and Hearing aids may be able to be supplied through this program.  Contact your local Disability Employment Services (Disability Management Services) Provider, and if applicable, they may be able to provide a referral for the Hearing Services Program (HSP) for free hearing services and hearing aids.

Once a voucher is issued through the HSP Program, hearing services and hearing aids can then be provided at Evolve Hearing Aid Specialists.  Please contact us if you require assistance with this process, we are happy to help.
